How We Work Together
Private 1:1 coaching is where the full transformation happens. This is where we rebuild your personal performance infrastructure from the inside out: regulating your biological systems, restoring your energy and physical capacity, and rewiring your habits into sustainable lifestyle routines.
The program is built on my signature Reignite Method™, a science-based framework that blends performance physiology, elite sport strategy, and women’s health. Throughout this process, we work on the foundational Five Pillars of Health™ – Stress, Sleep, Recovery, Exercise, and Energy – through a hormone-informed lens that honours the way women’s bodies actually function.
These pillars form the foundation of your personal Wellbeing Operating System™, the health blueprint ensuring every aspect of your performance — physical, mental, and emotional — is working for you, and not against you.
It’s a structured, evidence-led pathway to help you move from reactive to intentional, from depleted to energised, and from high-functioning to truly high-performing — on your own terms.
The Coaching Process
Month 1: Foundation & Clarity
- Comprehensive health assessments, including Health IQ™, Capacity Archetypes™, and baseline physiological data from WHOOP™ or equivalent wearable technology.
- Deep exploration of your current performance rhythms, health habits, and physiological responses.
- Clear goal mapping and outcome design for the 6–12 month journey.
Months 2–5: Integration & Momentum
- Fortnightly coaching sessions (virtual or in-person) focused on personal insights, science, and practical application of strategies.
- Ongoing WHOOP™ data review to track trends and monitor progress
- Continuous refinement and application of micro-habits that strengthen the Five Pillars of Health™ and build your Wellbeing Operating System™.
Month 6: Reassessment & Forward Strategy
- Full review of physiological, behavioural, and performance outcomes.
- Data comparison against baseline metrics and personal goals.
- Future planning for continued growth, health, and performance capacity.
(For 12-month clients: integration continues across an additional six months, perfect for complex situations, burnout recovery, or embedding new lifestyle habits and routines across the different phases of the year).
